Shot in the summer of 1999 late at night with temperatures in the 90’s, heat indexes in the 100s, and 100% humidity. The Canon Rebel 2000 was a brand new camera then and has aged remarkably well to this day. Even as “lighter weight” and “cheaper” product it has still weathered very nicely. ALso the first real experiment with slow exposures – done on a tripod and eet to 30 seconds exposure on Fuji 800 film. Why would such a sensitive film be used here for such long exposure times? It’s what was loaded. And what have I said on so many other posts here? People do a lot of stupid things in their 20’s. We are looking at the Franconia-Springfield metro station here for those in the Washington metropolitan area.
