Cirsium Vulgare Visitor

I was walking around the house looking for things to experiment with the first true 1:1 magnification ratio macro lens, I found this yellow jacket. Not the best focus, but with a 2 pound lens mounted to a two pound body, the fact that I didn’t sustain injury is the real achievement, let alone any sort of photograph. Shoot photos, not each other!
