Construction

They leveled a hardware store around the corner from our house so that they could build this bank and office building. With all the construction and noise nearby, the opportunity to photograph is irresistible. This was actually shot in 2020 and it’s now a functioning bank and life insurance company. I suppose that if you build it, they will come?

I haven’t forgot about the film! This was shot on Kodak ProImage 100 and developed by me in our hall bathroom. The dark border effect was not intentional – the lens was actually designed strictly for the Nikon DX sensor. But, physically they will fit and the electronics will work on their film cameras as well. The catch is that the vignetting will happen. I realized that quite a while after I took the picture.

Shoot photos, not each other!

Nikon N75, Nikkor 100-300mm zoom lens, Unicolor C-41 chemistry, Pacific Images film scanner, GIMP 2.10
